By accessing or using the LiminalX platform (“Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. LiminalX LLC (“LiminalX,” “we,” “us”) reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Use of the Platform

The Platform is intended for educational and professional use in the healthcare AI readiness space. You may use the Platform to complete assessments, view readiness scores, and access educational content. You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, to reverse-engineer any part of the Platform, or to interfere with its operation.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to update it as necessary. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at info@liminal-x.ai if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, frameworks, methodologies, software, and branding on the Platform — including but not limited to THRIVE™, VERA™, and the Human Readiness Level (HRL) framework — are the intellectual property of LiminalX LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the Platform, you consent to data practices described therein.

6. Disclaimers

The Platform and its content are provided for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on the Platform constitutes medical advice, clinical diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. LiminalX does not provide medical, legal, or professional advice. Always consult qualified professionals for clinical decisions. The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LiminalX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.
