Liminal: from the Latin limen, threshold. The liminal is the in-between state: not where you were, not yet where you are going. The intersection of AI and humanity in healthcare is at a threshold, and we are creating the path for how we go forward—how AI integrates, who benefits, how to limit harm, and who is responsible.

LiminalX exists to ask the questions and support navigating the path. Not to advocate for AI adoption uncritically, and not to resist it reflexively. But to build the thinking frameworks that let clinicians, institutions, and systems engage consciously.
