The Human Readiness Level (HRL) is a six-dimension profile measuring how an individual interacts with AI systems. It covers Bias Susceptibility, Trust Calibration, Regulatory Literacy, Equity Literacy, Explainability Literacy and Deskilling Risk Management. Each dimension is scored through formative simulation — clinically relevant scenarios, not surveys.
The in-person workshop works best with cohorts of up to 25 participants. The platform-based assessment can scale to any cohort size. Conference events can scale appropriately.
