A one-day, in-person interactive engagement plus full THRIVE™ — Human assessment for your entire cohort. Publication-backed methodology. Individual and cohort-level readiness insights.
Contact UsBy the time curricula are approved, published, and taught, the AI tools your students will encounter in practice have already moved on. Static knowledge atrophies in an exponential environment.
Your cohort members are the constant as they enter a healthcare world of exponential technological change. Train them to understand themselves and their interactions with AI — not just to use the tools of today.
Students leave your programme with a measured, individual understanding of their AI readiness — bias susceptibility, trust calibration, deskilling risk — and the confidence to navigate whatever technology they encounter.
Grounded in IAEA, WHO, FDA GMLP, and peer-reviewed research. Every HRL dimension traces to published evidence — not opinion.
Each participant receives their Human Readiness Level across six dimensions: bias susceptibility, trust calibration, regulatory literacy, equity literacy, explainability literacy, and deskilling risk management.
Programme directors receive aggregate readiness data across the cohort — identify systemic gaps and track improvement over time.
Interactive, scenario-based exercises — not surveys. Students engage with realistic AI decision points in clinical context, building capability through experience rather than instruction.
Your graduates enter the workforce with a documented readiness profile that maps directly to the THRIVE™ — Human organisational framework. They arrive with language, measurement, and capability that institutions recognise.
They don't just adapt to new technology — they become the leading experts in responsible AI introduction, bridging the gap between vendor capability claims and clinical reality.
THRIVE™ — Human for Academia feeds directly into THRIVE™ — Human for Institutions and THRIVE™ — Human for Vendors — one connected ecosystem of AI readiness.

Contact UsA facilitated, interactive session designed for your cohort. It combines scenario-based exercises, guided discussion, and individual assessment. Participants complete Human Readiness Level profile during the day, and programme directors receive cohort analytics afterwards. Participants can further refine their scores after the engagement for free by completing additional simulations on the LiminalX platform.
The HRL is LiminalX's individual readiness instrument. It measures six dimensions — Bias Susceptibility, Trust Calibration, Regulatory Literacy, Equity Literacy, Explainability Literacy, and Deskilling Risk Management — through formative simulation, not surveys. Each participant receives a personal profile; anonymised cohort data is presented live aggregated for programme directors.
The in-person workshop works best with cohorts of up to 25 participants. The platform-based assessment can scale to any cohort size. Contact us to discuss your programme's specific needs.
The core offering is a one-day workshop with assessment. Ongoing options include annual cohort re-assessment to track programme-level improvement, integration with your curriculum, and access to the THRIVE™ — Human platform for continued individual development.
The THRIVE™ — Human framework is grounded in more than 40 peer-reviewed publications from organisations such as IAEA, WHO, FDA and more. In addition we use peer-reviewed social science methodologies to apply our HRL scoring. Every HRL dimension traces to published, peer-reviewed evidence — academic foundations for academic applications.
The same HRL dimensions and measurement framework used in the academic engagement feed directly into the institutional THRIVE™ — Human assessment. Graduates arrive at THRIVE™ — Human-aligned institutions with a documented readiness profile that integrates seamlessly into the organisation's AI governance structure.
